Having participated with MonkeyWerx since Jan 20, 2021, I can say that a TFR over MAL for this amount amount of time has not been placed by USAIRCOMM.
Intermittent TFRs lasting less than a week have appeared on over PBI on occasion.
Invariably, they were placed by FAA, not USAITCOMM.
They have not been for NatSec-VIP Protection.
