Liver slide continued...
Ive just avoided anything liver for years.
Usta love the Kentucky Fried chikn livers until one day after a heapin hepin of them got indigestion sumthin terrible! Belched for a straight hour
so since then no liver, I like a small thigh gizzard tho when I can find one
Wen I lived on a farm I sometimes slaughtered a spare goat
Had the hide tanned and used them as matching seat covers while driving for Uber...
Sometime a customer would ask about them
Replied that I did it myself
If someone complained I would reply
Yes ...and I ate the Liver....raw.
