Had the hide tanned and used them as matching seat covers while driving for Uber...
Sometime a customer would ask about them
Replied that I did it myself
If someone complained I would reply
Yes ...and I ate the Liver....raw.

About the only liver I care for is foie gras and chicken liver pate.
Put a slice of pan seared foie gras on top of a good quality steak grilled medium rare and you'll think you've died and gone to heaven.
