Liver needs to cooked properly. On a bed of Onions with a stick or two of Butter. DO NOT let the liver touch the pan. Serve with Brussel sprouts and you won’t believe how good you’ll feel the next day.
My dad’s 94 and hardly eats anything. Never sugar. I’m eating sugar because I don’t want to live that long 😂😂.

I hate liver, but somehow I love Braunschweiger.
Since the liver is the "oil filter" of the critter, why wouldn't it be full of toxins?
