Moar liver grease [regarding your shopping excursion] . . .

The liver is an organ mostly composed of blood vessels, so plenty [Fe].

I never much cared for it, and never shop for it.

The only restaurant menu I've ever seen listing it as an entrée is Spencer's in Palm Springs, on 2/20/2017.

I prepared a short talk to an entrepreneurial conference [2018 Q2], but never presented it.

Our company considered opening a primitive paleo-diet restaurant in the deep East Bay area of CA. The dinner menu would be an extension of the lunch menu, but with extra liver renditions. The main dining room would be on the glass-enclosed top floor, with a pleasant view of the Sacramento River.

The pitch was:
We would love for you to try our cuisine.
Just call 1-800-MOR-LIVR, and say, for example, "We would like to reserve a table for four at 4:44 on 4/4 – away from the door – on the River Floor [that's floor # four], with the More Liver menu, at More Liver in Livermore."

My last taste of liver was a few molecules of it spread on crackers, at a Bar Mitzvah on May 2, 1959. Enough for a lifetime. Several lifetimes.

But good luck with your search anyway!

I’d rather be torn apart by wild dogs than eat liver.
My Dad likes it, though, and so far he’s lived to 102. Maybe I should rethink.
