Since Kamala’s father was Jamaican, Jamaican law says anyone born to one Jamaican parent, anywhere in the world, is a Jamaican citizen. So if anything she’s either Jamaican, as her parents were only here on temporary student visas, or has dual US/Jamaican citizenship.
