Three stooges-—separately? Sure. No doubt they’ll geterdone?. I expect we’ll never see what actual damage may or may not have happened to Pootin’s Pipe(s).
The thing I know about that is there’s no way I would EVER send a diver down to inspect someone else’s pipe without my own armed guard securing the head rig. One burst of high pressure gas, thru a breech, in a pipe that size, could make that water un-swimmable. And who’s gonna believe their pics anyway?
Then remember how mad Pootin supposedly got over his Krimea bridge getting blasted? Wouldn’t he be just as mad at whoever broke his pipe? Hasn’t happened yet?
The problem with the pipeline blowing is going to hurt Europe a lot more than Russia. Yeah, they lose the opportunity to sell more gas, but Europe seems to not want to get gas from Russia anyway.
On the other hand, the bridge is in the homeland. And as Lonepalm pointed out, it is a critical link for moving goods by rail to the battlefield.
