Looks like it to me... DM had video of a truck exploding on its front page. Not there now. But I am sure it will reappear, everywhere soon.

I wonder how they managed to get off the bridge before the explosion??

Possible another vehicle picked them up.

Big explosion de-spanned the bridge so it is out of commission for a long time.
