Quick search of EtCO2 analyzers reveals that there are several type available. Those really pricey ones on E-Bay I have used. The smaller ones are similar to ones I have used. You really would need a lesson on how to interpret the read outs. It is not too complicated.

One site ‘American Nurse’ I think it was, has a nice easy explanation of the ‘Capnography.’ Just be aware that individuals are unique and the numbers can vary for people.

If the number is zero, person is probably dead. Higher numbers are very dangerous. The CO2 in the blood will be different than the end tidal numbers. With a bit of help, understanding the graphs are not challenging. There are tons of little quick books, I carry one for 20 years or so called ‘PDQ’ which provides lots of helpful info on just about everything. It is good for those senior moments when you cannot think of a word.
