As far as we know, at least for this election, Tulsi is not running for any office. We don't even know if she'll declare herself Republican, or some other party.
She did have a meeting with Trump a year or two ago. I suspected she would defect.
Why did she wait until this October, this Red October?
What might be the effect? Just optics?
Perhaps there will be other defections from the Satanic Democrat Party this October.

Greg Abbott (R) busing migrants to her residence in Washington, D.C., by stating the move is “an absolute dereliction of duty.” because “If you see a problem and if we agree that we need to address it, then, if you’re a leader, participate in a solution,” which she argued the Biden administration has done by proposing a bill for “a pathway for citizenship…to fix a broken immigration system, which was broken under the previous administration.”
