Do you know the author or source of that prayer? Dh was taught a prayer like that as a child in Poland.

I don’t know the source but it’s what I grew up with in Chicago, 1950’s and beyond. It is still included in my morning prayers every day but I pray it for my self and 3 others included in the plural.
We learned the prayer to our Guardian Angels (I’m pretty sure I’ve worn a few out!) in Catholic school or by our moms. We said it as part of our bedtime prayers.
