Ritter lost @ SCOTUS and the 257 undated votes were counted.
Ritter loses, via U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, the election by 5 votes.
Ritter who had a 71 vote lead before the 257 votes were counted, now wins @ SCOTUS and the 3rd’s decision is reversed and Ritter still loses ?
