Funneh story….we’ve had bolagnese, recently, at our fave local Italian, once in CO, and….at an Italian restaurant, in El Paso, while visiting fam.
Of all locations….my fave??? Was in El Paso!!
It reminded me of the bolagnese I made, when the kids were little….and, all of the neighbor kids would gather ‘round…
