Sorry, but I can’t agree with you. Incidents like that are common with people who have very serious cardiovascular accidents. My own mother, while living in a senior citizens facility, got hit by a combination stroke and heart attack and dropped instantly. Fortunately, she survived but was only found when her nurse’s aide came to her apartment to check on her. Also a deceased neighbor’s wife had something like that happen to her while she was driving along a major highway and swerved into the path of another car. These things are tragic and they do happen; indeed, another I can describe involved a friend who owned a house boat and was two years younger than I. He just dropped dead one day from a heart attack.

Actually a lot people have heart attacks while doing #2. One of the more embarrassing ways to go.

Because no sane or sober person ever goes to the bathroom, or puts strain on their heart taking care of business on the throne, right?
