Actually the meat substitute ones are more expensive (Beyond Meat, Impossible Beef, etc.) That is part of the reason they are failing so dramatically.

Affordable, efficient, AND it augments with usable solar. EV's should never be mandated. But we should have a choice. Here is what we are getting as a second car. It fills a want, not a need.
