If the Swedes found a UUV drone with a cut cable and undetonated explosives we can reasonably rule out an C130 experimental torpedo drop using a parachute that could be witnessed.

(If they did use a C130 Mr. operational secrecy, Mumbles Biden, AKA Joey Babbles, would have let us know. )
