We use a very low pressure nitrogen “blanket” atop the oil in large substation transformers. Like 1-3 psi, just enough to keep a positive pressure and prevent ingress of moisture into the transformer. Usually provided by a nitrogen cylinder. Typically the cylinder pressure is pretty high, regulated down, and will last anywhere from a week to 2 or 3 months.
It’s been a long time since I swapped out a nitrogen cylinder.
I bet FERC wishes it had oversight on EU pipelines. Such is the case with regulators - they want more and more control over that which they regulate.

I looked through the abstracts but did not see any stating that pts treated with HCQ for RA/lupus had less covid or better outcomes. I did not, however, dig through the papers. Positive HCQ data could be suppressed, as we have seen peer-reviewed literature shenanigans. Also, these studies are not prospective.
I’ve seen citation of such elsewhere without proper link or attribution either ... possible but TBD. WWG1WGA + Maranatha! :)

Thanks for posting the excerpt from Putin’s speech today.
He gets right to the point, concerning the EU, NATO and presumably Germany: “The Nazis won the Second World War. Your leaders are the Nazis and you are well aware of that.”
Since there are a few obvious areas in which the modern EU differs from the Third Reich, I think the commonality Putin refers to is the same as that held by the neocons and other progressives in America. They are at their core anti-democratic, fascist, war mongers — totally devoted to Party above all — and seeking to conquer the world.
This seems to be symptoms of TIA. No facial droop so likely not ischemic stroke, and rapid recovery (sort of) would rule out hemorrhagic stroke. Once they complete the CT Scan (inevitable) at the E. clinic (?.. don’t know what that is) it will likely help with diagnosis. Still, under these conditions, keeping information from attending Physicians is seriously not advised. I wouldn’t do that.
Keep in mind that people undergoing strokes actually do think that they sound normal when they speak. Their perceptions are in a sort of disrupted state. It is quite typical. Almost always they will deny a problem is occurring. It is weird.
By now you likely have answers but he may have clotting issues. Dizziness, balance problems, language aphasia, and loss of muscular control are signs.
