I had a friend whose sister had cystic fibrosis and she regularly got infections that turned her mucus blue. My friend went on to become an RN and later said that pyocyanin (PCN) was the cause of the blue colour, and that it always came on when her sister was infected with pseudomonas aeruginosa, and pseudomonas pyocyanea in particular. I think pseudomonas infections are fairly common.
I would also posit that the Biden regime was “testing the waters” as the New Order “Governor” of the American Continents.
Seems that most the world didn’t act independently of our CDC/NIH dictates.

Lauren Pazienza is her name and her bail was revoked in July because the judge considered her a serious flight risk. In March, she was celebrating her upcoming June nuptials and had too much to drink in the park where the celebration was being held. She became annoyed when they were told to leave the park. It’s reported that she then had a minor spat with her fiancé and crossed the street and pushed the victim for no reason. She has twice rejected a plea for first degree manslaughter, stating that the push doesn’t warrant a first degree charge because she didn’t know how old and frail the victim was. She’s a spoiled socialite brat who I hope will pay for her inability to control her temper.

FYI the Red Cross has also been under a consent decree with the FDA since the late 80s/early 90s.
Reason for the CD was that they couldn’t (and still can’t) test the blood they are shipping out to ensure it’s safe.
Only reason they are still allowed to ship is that cutting off the supply is considered an even greater risk to the population then shipping blood of an unknown quality.
