Absolutely Yes if the vaccine saves 1,000,000 million children from ICU and ventilators. Just plain common sense, which seems to be lacking in anti-vaxxers.

Common sense? Children are immune to COVID-1984 and the Jim Jones Jab doesn't prevent ANYONE form getting COVID-1984. So common sense says inject everyone and call those who oppose it "anti-vaxxer"?

Children have gotten sick with covid in significant numbers.
And I don’t know and you don’t know if there are long term effects of covid infection on children. The long term is not here yet. If I had young kids under age 10, personally I would not opt for covid vaccination. Mainly because the mortality rate is so low in healthy kids.

But getting back to your point, is it worth if a few kids suffer side effects from vaccination, my retort is yes IF the vaccine will be beneficial to overwhelming majority of kids in preventing elevated symptoms of covid. It is a big IF.

Nobody has long term data on covid side effects since covid arrived in early 2020. The long term is not here yet. By the same token nobody has long term data on side effects of vaccines.
