In the movie “The Hustle” with Anne Hathaway and Rebel Wilson, Rebel Wilson wore a similar dress (Rebel wore it better than the good “Doctor” B.) and Rebel hid in a trash heap filled with black trash bags...Perfectly camouflaged. She called it a trashy dress...Just sayin ;)

The thousand dollar a night hooker look is never a good one if you are not a hooker with the goods to offer — and it looks especially bad on an older woman, even a hooker — let alone on the First Lady.
It looks like the same dress she wore at the Elton John evening in a different color!!!
