How bizarre. I guess she has to be declared legally dead by a judge before the charges can be disposed of?
Never mind, I read down and apparently she survived!
That’s wonderful but it never crossed my mind that she could have lived through that.
Leave a woman handcuffed in your cruiser to get hit by a train, get a paid vacation.
Sure beats working for a living.
What part of "public safety officer" did they miss, about not playing on the train tracks?
Some where after I am a Cop I can do as I damn well please block. I want to park on the main line of an active rail road track. Go your ass 7 feet around my vehicle. I am god. I am the Police. Do as I say.
One like this one. One with a god complex. He will be promoted next week. Within a month he will be chief.
“But I’m a Cop.
Stop for my car.”
And that is the mentality right there. Towtruck drivers get that mentality also...
I have A friend in Montreal who was a train engineer
He saw so many suicide splat in front of his train he got early retirement with benefits in his mid 30s and a fat mid six figures settlement
Now he’s pro poker player
Not a surprise about your friend. The ‘nation’ of Quebec, that controls Canaduh and acts like a colonial power against Western Canada, is a VERY evil place. It has been for decades, if not centuries. Take any ‘negative’ metric you would like to choose, and the ‘nation’ of Quebec leads by far, the Canadian average.
Teenage suicides, abortion, alcoholism, drug addiction, murder, violent assault, police brutality, etc., you choose the metric and Quebec leads it.
All the more reason for the Prairie Provinces to leave Laurentianist Canaduh!
Not that you are obliged to do so, but can you explain your blocking of my comments?
Especially my last two which in no way violate Jim’s rules.
Platteville Police Officer Dumbass did you actually think that your badge would stop a train ?
Why is that ?
If you are asking the ‘why’ in regards to the third paragraph, it is covered in my first paragraph.
Regarding the second paragraph, I believe it is primarily that the ‘Quebecois’, the French Quebecers, turned en masse, away from God, starting in the 1950s. Like many other French around the world, they embraced socialism in a big way. They also embraced the ‘victim’ attitude, as ‘victims’ of the ‘maudit anglais’.
When you see yourself as a ‘victim’ and have no God to lean on, you tend toward more destructive actions. Quebec in a nutshell.
