anyone know what happens when you have an antibody against an amino acid used in protein synthesis...
doctors dont seem to know jack about what happens when you have things like anti jo or the less common ones.
It’s more like...here..take this medicine..see if it helps
I cant figure out if you should eat far less protein or more with these kinds of antibodies
Mmmm.... bacon wrapped chicken livers ...
That is an interesting sentence...but then you have people that deal with things like this:
“
In both in vivo and in vitro systems, inhibition of autophagy ameliorates diseases including SLE, MS, and RA. However, in other cases, it seems to exacerbate diseases such as psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and IBD”
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6080611/
which is why there is a warning on Chloroquine that it can exacerbate psoriasis.
It seems like for many people striking a balance is difficult
I still can’t get beef Kidneys to deal with certain issues so I have started taken bovine kidney supplement
Every quarter or so I do a fasting mimicking diet of 5 days 16g protein max. Otherwise 120g or so per day.
Actually, you can be near carnivore without eating tons of liver. Speaking from personal experience....
Baloney!!
Bkmk
I would try for less protein, but no less than this study describes.
I guess I must be atypical.
I dumped carbs, while increasing protein and fat intake, and lost ~40% of my weight and reversed my trending towards Type II. Blood tests are in their proper range.
After reaching a much healthier weight, added carbs on occasion and have stayed healthy.
27 days of research? Grants must be getting smaller.
