So, charge during peak usage hours and you need less generation resources? Of course not focusing on the higher rates charged during 'high demand' periods. Much more money to be made with demand period charges on your bill.

Apparently. I am interested in the concept of electric vehicles and like to keep tabs on the advance of related technology, but the conversation in these threads reminds me of Russia threads.
We are not ready for electric vehicles as citizens and it is being forced on us against our will even with the drawbacks in both technology and implementation.
In this, I cannot help but view people who are all in on this crap as adversaries, and serious ones at that.
