Q was specifically asked if JFKjr was alive. He said “No”.

Juan O Savin is not JFK Jr. but he spent alot of time 'helping' mistake people for him. He has 'fans' who gush that it's him - but looking at those reports more closely, I think JOS wrote it to boost attention he receives, and then he indirectly supports this rumor without making actual claims.
For example, JFK Jr. had a habit of sitting on a couch or chair with his right leg further to the right on a coffee table, and his foot turned out. JOS knows about the rumors, and then photographed his own leg in this position (his face is not in the photo). He coyly 'conceals' his identity in interviews and then crows about attending a party in Hollywood, socializing with celebrities - so the world would know if JFK Jr. was out and about town...
Some finally got him to say he wasn't JFK Jr. and he portrays bewilderment as to why anyone would think so - then goes back to the 'man of mystery' thing. I saw an image of him and he doesn't look anything like JFK Jr.
The JFK Jr. rumors in general are based on a careless, slapped together post on 4Chan. I think it was posted and, later, frequently promoted to undermine the Q movement.
The Internet put forth the rumor that JFK Jr. and his wife were seen walking with Trump to the helicopter on the White House lawn, past a cadre of photographers. If that were JFK Jr., I do think some of those photographers would have sold a picture or two as proof. When viewing the video, all we see are the backs of a dark haired man and a blond woman, and others blew it up into a JFK Jr. sighting. Then trolls pretend Q said it or we all believe it or...well anything they make up that day. :D
