Actually, if you just hit "Login" it will let you in. But it's only archived footage now.
They renewed their domain a couple of weeks ago after being offline for 5 years so I'm hoping they'll be going live soon. I talked to one of the sheriffs who was unfamiliar with it. So who knows.
But somebody is paying for the bandwidth.
