Try this: Right click on the link, click Open Link in New Tab, read the article, close it out (X), and the page you left on FR will still be where it was.

It always annoyed me too when I clicked on a link and lost my place in FR until I started doing it this way. I don’t read the long articles in FR even though I’m guilty of writing them at times. :-)

That’s a great idea. I enjoy all of your posts - long and otherwise 🙂. I’m 95% likely to read a long post in its entirety and about 5% likely to click on a link, unless the few lines of description or the URL itself highly intrigue me. I’m usually pressed for time but I do try to read all words that posters have taken the time to post. I’ve yet to click on a link that didn’t have 10 ads to scroll over throughout the body of the article, and a request for a donation at the end. One way or another, we’re all forced to scroll over things we don’t want to see.
