Chiropractors takes an X ray. But it's actually done by feel. if the vertebrae feels slightly off push it back in. You can do it with someone else thumbs, elbow or palm of hand with a lot of pressure but if that doesn't work this hammer has more force.

The problem with moving an old vertebrae back to where it should be. The body compensates creates growth to the new position. Meaning when you where first hurt was the best time to put it back into position. Good luck
