When will Durham have enough evidence to file a RICO case? Will the testimony derived from the Damchenkko trial be enough? If so, maybe we’ll see an indictment soon after election day? Hopefully. Durham is the expert in RICO, brought mafia fams down with that. From articles I’ve read analyzing Durham’s likely game plan, at the Sussman trial and even more so, the Danchenko trial testimonies and evidence proving that the big guys are guilty of felonies, up to and including treason.

Durham has never lost a case, and he doesn’t bring a case to trial unless he’s sure he will win.
