He’s not talking about Q drops in particular, even though he is on the Q team, he even says his write-up applies whether one follows Q or not. He’s IMO trying to mimic how Trump could be using game theory within the framework of devolution and continuity of government’s boundaries. It IS the war. It IS, for our purposes today, the Game all sides are playing.
