You might have already given the info in a previous post -- if so, pls excuse. But what do you personally do if, say, there's something like a major ice-caused power outage? How do you keep the frozen meat frozen?
And if you're lucky enough to already have a good generator on hand, do you have any type of contingency plan in the event that an outage lasts longer than there's insufficient fuel stored for?
In OK, it never gets cold enough (or STAYS cold for long enough) to make storing meat or other perishables outside a viable option.

When it comes time to listen to your tapes again do some research on how to preserve them. They most likely need to be baked for a while in order to dehydrate them. The object is to keep from shedding all the oxide (which has absorbed moisture) off and losing the info for good.
