Good heavens! This means that outcomes are not equal. We must have equity - equal outcomes! We'd better get cracking on sending illegals to NYC so that New Yorkers will no longer be deprived of the blessings of equity.

I doubt any judge or court would take up a case that will be a certain loss for the accuser.

The border is a federal concern so his first act should be to fuss at Bidens crew.
It’s not just Abbott, the (D) mayor of El Paso has $2million allocated to send migrants to NYC, when challenged the other day he said it’s where most want to go anyway :)

Maybe finally, somebody will sue or countersue or better yet file criminal charges against Biden and the feds for illegally allowing INVASION in our southern borders contrary to the Constitution Article VI, Section 4.
