Prausnitz's lab has been researching microneedles for vaccine delivery for years and realized they could be equally applicable to tattoos. With support from the Alliance for Contraception in Cats and Dogs, Prausnitz's team started working on tattoos to identify spayed and neutered pets, but then realized the technology could be effective for people, too.

The inside of an ear is where my dad and I would tattoo purebred angus heifers and bulls. We kept records of the breeding stock. We ear tagged as well, but once in a while one would manage to lose it.

>>> While in the Army I found that the purpose for my buddies getting tattoos

I’m thinking more along the lines of people that actually support the industry on a regular basis.

I saw one video not long ago of some woman with tatoos all over her body, and she was in the tatoo parlor getting the most sensitive parts of her vagina tattooed. (and yeah... she was grimacing in pain pretty hard)

What is she going to think now of someone who can get much better looking tatoos permanently applied to their body from a cracker jack box of popcorn?

“While a supervisor at a well known hospital I had an unwritten, unspoken rule...I refused to hire anyone with a viable tattoo regardless of how impressive they, and their resume, were.”

So, you put your personal preferences ahead of the welfare of patients in the hospital, and the good of your employer.

So, you put your personal preferences ahead of the welfare of patients in the hospital, and the good of your employer.

My department was always well respected by my boss (a Vice President) and our hospital was then, and still is,rated as one of the best in the world.

It would take me a long, long time to explain (in detail) my attitude toward tattoos but let's just say that,IMO,it's *not* a coincidence that 99.9% of guys in prison (and a good percentage of women) have them. And yes,I understand that not all people with tattoos are criminals.

You’re getting grief here, but I also would not hire someone with visible tattoos. To me it is an indicator of poor judgement. If you have to have a memorial tattoo, that is a personal thing, so perhaps keep it that way.

Tattoo - The Who

[Verse 1]
Me and my brother were talking to each other
About what makes a man a man
Was it brain or brawn, or the month you were born
We just couldn’t understand

[Bridge]
Our old man didn’t like our appearance
He said that only women wear long hair

[Verse 2]
So me and my brother borrowed money from Mother
We knew what we had to do
We went downstairs, past the barber and gymnasium
And got our arms tattooed

[Pre-Chorus]
Welcome to my life, tattoo
I’m a man now, thanks to you

[Chorus]
I expect I’ll regret you
But the skin graft man won’t get you
You’ll be there when I die
Tattoo

[Verse 3]
My dad beat me because mine said “Mother”
But my mother naturally liked it and beat my brother
Cause his tattoo was of a lady in the nude
And my mother thought that was extremely rude

[Pre-Chorus]
Welcome to my life, tattoo
We’ve a long time together, me and you

[Chorus]

[Outro]
Now I’m older, I’m tattooed all over
My wife is tattooed too
A rooty-toot-toot, rooty-tooty-toot-toot
Rooty-toot-toot tattoo too
To you

The only tattoo I ever planned on getting was my name and address after I go senile in case I wonder away. I may have to rethink and switch to a Sharpie.

On the plus side, i don’t need much food now

With a big garden and stuff in the freezer, just a weekly trip to Dollar General and my groceries don’t cost much

Today is sale on bacon at a local meat market. $5/lb, so I’m stocking up on that

Health condition tats would be a very usable product. I would get in line for a ‘No MRI’ patch.

What are all these people going to do when this nonsensical tattoo fad goes away. They will look kind of ridiculous don’t you think?

And when those same tatto's fade, wrinkle, sag, have cellulite form underneath them, they look disgusting.

Just look at any 60+ year old woman who has them on her legs, arms, in her breast line, etc.. Awful.

I can already see the lawsuits the day after the office Christmas Party or after a frat house party. I take it you don’t have to be conscious or sober to have one applied.

Tattoos, body piercings, ear lobe holes, teeth sharpening, insert lumps, tongue splitting, intentional amputations, etc. is the need for attention and lowers IQs by half. Made in HIS image, not.
