There is a 12 volt accessory battery that charges from the drive battery. You can jump them.

If you jump the accessory battery, you get accessory power. If the main batteries are dead, you can’t charge them sufficiently to run the car from a jump battery. I’m still trying to make sense of the value of jumping an EV.
