Both a cyst and lipoma can be drained, but both will come back unless the sac containing it is also removed. And yes, a large cyst can be like a small volcano. Don’t be near without protection (eye wear, face shield, clothing covered) while a cyst is being punctured. Lipomas need to be squeezed out. I was just about to have breakfast but may wait awhile now 🤢
