Thank you for that! I started a 400mg Mag supplement about 2 weeks ago and have been getting occasional weird palpitations like I’ve had too much coffee. Plus, my skin has become very inflamed and unhappy. I’ll stop taking that asap. I learn so many good tips on this board.
