A friend of mine had beta strep and her baby came down with meningitis 2 weeks later. Was in the icu for a while. He developed brain damage, with some developmental delays.
I’m so sorry. bless that precious child. Group B strep is nothing to mess with. May God give your friend strength and perseverance in raising a delayed child.
