What, you don't think the CIA was all over it? Q pretty much spelled that out many, many times. He even taunted them.

The enemy (CIA, derps) know Q is real and the veracity of the Q information. After all, they the ones that did it. Consider the massive amounts of psyop they have used and continue to use to give you what you want. That "Nothing they say should be believed.".
