I have no clue where to start reaching out. I didn’t have this insurance when I got here, and was only covered by Medicare at the time, but because my income is so low, I shouldn’t have paid more than $3.70 a pop until January when it went to $3.90.

I went on line and searched for “who is my state representative.” Then I emailed them.
