First thought was a motion sensor for the ante-room they are outside of to turn the lights on as someone approaches.
Not a security device so, it was made obvious.

Can’t confirm but best guess.

I say again; it's a camera handled by the guy behind the queen. See his fingers on the arm coming out of the camera.
