The DA Steven Mulroy was just elected on a “restorative justice” and “bail reform” platform. In other words extremely liberal. But that’s what the voters wanted.
The Justice, Judge Montesi, went to my high school. He has more sense about crime fortunately.
The suspect was said to be quite the perv, he would go around asking women if they would have sex with him for money, so witnesses said.
