Personally I'm guessing what these injections original intention minus the "side effects." I believe they're tagging (tracking number like a cow) the monitoring sensors are tracking some of our hormones.

If they track hormones they know when we're sleeping, excited, anxiety, immunity system and so on.

I'm not sure what the graphene hydroxyl (graphene are in flakes not clumps) is used for. Could be a battery/capacitor, antenna or both. Graphene Hydroxide last much longer (months) then graphene oxide(days.)
