You have confirmed that you could not understand the Yale post that includes numbers and pertinent graphs depicting changes. You have thus demonstrated that you lack the intellectual capability to discuss the subject of the Russian economy.

I understand that for many poorly educated and uneducated people math is hard. But, to understand and then comment on economic matters there must be a study and then an understanding of many numbers depicting many aspects of the economy. Thus you have revealed your lack of intellectual capacity to actually voice anything meaningful about the Russian economy. Perhaps the most appalling illustration of your lack of basic intellect is to introduce Calvin and Hobbes as your LOL excuse for a comprehensive rebuttal.
