1) I believe Biden not only Knew, I believe he ordered the raid and coordinated it with Garland.
2) Biden denied any knowledge / involvement (through “Whitehouse Spokesmen”)
3) Garland had a press announcement where HE denied any prior knowledge / coordination with WH, but “accepted full responsibility.
4) Unsurprising, all of the “media circus” coverage of this ‘event’ that I saw was about “How legal the raid was” and “How Guilty Trump is” and “Orange Man Bad”

I’ve done a bit more research and here is what I *think* I know/understand and where my thoughts are at this point.
In the article referenced here:
“the incumbent president” refers to a theoretical incumbent president, not specifically to B. I’m not positive about this, but a little digging makes me think this is the case. I think it is not at all clear from the excerpt and I can’t tell if the articles about this are deliberately muddying the waters or honestly mistaken (easy to be honestly mistaken about this) or what exactly is going on.
Regarding HLB points.
1) respectfully disagree.
2) True and verifiable.
3) I will make the wild statement here that I think there is a real possibility that MG is either a white hat or controlled by the white hats. I believe in any case that he is playing a role here. If MG is working for/with the white hats, his statement [where HE denied any prior knowledge / coordination with WH, but “accepted full responsibility. ] takes on a whole new flavor.
4) Agree completely about media circus coverage. I think this is yet another Trump trap/boomerang. I think Trump is forcing the media/left to say repeatedly that this is legal. So when the Clintons/0vomits/Bushes get raided, there will be no question of legality. Win! (I’m not tired of winning yet.)
I’m sticking with my original view that *IF* the derps knew in advance (and that includes B), then the media would not have been covering this only AFTER the fact. They would have been there before it started and covered it all day while it was happening.
I’ll also throw out one more wild card / wild idea :
If we are operating in devolution/COG, then perhaps the incumbent president is not B, but is T or someone else!

The F-I raided not just MAL, but apparently pawed through both Melania and Barron’s private things. This means that the family of other derps are not off limits in future raids. Precedent.
