I will not quote the Cates post to which I am responding because it's too long to repeat. Here's the link to the prior post:

https://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/4089945/posts?page=1561#1561

Below is my response.

Brian Cates said, "The FBI raids were never about “getting” Rudy or “getting PV,” and this Mar-a-Lago raid is not about “getting” Trump.’"

Brian Cates sure loves his 'White Hat' theory doesn't he?

Sadly, we seem to be returning to Cates' pasttime of misdirection. We previously had two years Q thread posts of Cates insisting Mueller, Comey, Rod Rosenstein et. al. were White Hats, heavily seasoned with his contempt for any who doubted his received wisdom.

Cates' White Hat theories were shredded and went down in flames back then. In response to the collapse of his 2 year investment in his favorite 'narrative',  he inadvertently performed his version of a comedy routine (Emily Latella, Saturday Night Live) in which he basically said, "Nevermind!".

Cates is now pushing his theory that Team White Hat set up, facilitated and coordinated the raid on Mar A Lago.

As evidence, he notes (i.e., "Lulz") Trump broke the news of the raid himself, denying the networks the photo ops they have been waiting for all these years. I suspect the networks were lurking in the vicinity that night, awaiting a signal from the FBI once they found what they wanted or planted - a signal the FBI ultimately failed to give.

Cates also offers as proof the Scavino post (image of a '45' placard on a door) three days prior to the raid - but I think the real White Hats can know the Deep State's plans for a raid in advance without actually organizing it themselves.

Cate's believes, "Any “raid” of his property would HAVE to be coordinated with his security teams," to avoid an 'incident' between security and FBI, but I disagree. The president and his property managers are law abiding people who would comply with search warrants- this wouldn't be a 'crossfire' gun-waving situation between opposing sides.

"How did Trump know?

I suspect because he, in large part, set this whole thing up. In order to set a precedent."

Well, that would be a massive betrayal of the public trust that our beloved President Trump would not commit. 45 is not deceiving the public into falsely believing the FBI is out-of-control; that corrupt agency is genuinely out of control and has been for years.

President Trump has publicly described the lawless, desperate 'raid' and confiscation of his personal property as abuses of his constitutional rights - he's not paving the way to commit such abuses himself.

The outraged public is not being deceived by President Trump. Cates' readers are being deceived, again. This time, Cates is covering for the FBI's Gestapo tactics.

It's not necessary to set a precedent for serving search warrants; someone tell Cates.

How would the public be expected to recognize the lawless, needless raid on Mar A Lago, after all the fake impeachments and hoaxes (Russia, Ukraine) against innocent President Trump, as a precedent for the serving of evidence-based search warrants served against guilty Deep Staters after years of public allegations? One of these things is not like the other.

Cates asserts that search warrants against Project Veritas, Cohen, Guiliani and Mar A Lago are all part of a show to assert precedent and is part of an important "'anti-FBI' narrative" because he believes, ".... the amount of hate the FBI is getting now is proportional to the amount of justice the FBI is going to dish out against HRC and her cohorts."

And now, I have a headache.

These last ridiculous lines from Cates may make it a migraine.

"We are building up a wall around the FBI, a narrative defense, that will insulate them from future attacks when indictments against deep state politicians, corrupt media, and their cohorts are unsealed.

When Marc Elias is raided, when HRC is raided, when the NYT is raided, we will be cheering the FBI.

And we will reflect on this Mar-a-Lago raid as good news."

Who's 'we', Brian? I can see you're building a 'narrative defense' around the FBI to insulate them - did you just say the quiet part outloud?

'Cause I don't believe having the FBI raid innocent people helps prepare the public to understand what's going on if the FBI were to raid guilty Deep Staters.

I don't believe any decent person is going to look back on the DOJ's most-public-descent-into-fascism-ever as 'good news.'

Just Human makes similar points in this article above:

So it’s ok to post Cates’ stuff to the thread and discuss it?
