Yeah. they share a border but it’s up north. Russia’s most productive oil is in the Baku area on the Caspian. It’s only a few hundred miles to get the oil to the Black Sea. But even if the Kazaks or Indians agreed the shortest pipe to the chicom industrial areas on its East coast would be about 5,000 miles. Going north, then east ,then back south would be something like 8,000 miles and that would be some pipe. Piping/railing thru Iran to the gulf has always been an option and a reason Ivan stays friendly with the Mullahs.

Beyond diabolical. Last estimate I read a couple of weeks or so ago, around 90,000 Ukrainian military have been killed. They are being slaughtered heavily. Zelensky has their blood, and that of any others killed, on his filthy hands. And Bitem and those in the UK sending men and equipment - blood on their hands too! Now they want to slaughter women. Yeah, I expect it’s proper lawyer mumble and all, but it’s an old pet peeve of mine that legalish documents can’t fight the urge to make up a term for the actual person involved. I used to write instructions to build submarines such that a high school sophomore could build one if he could drill/weld/hammer/lift without having to look up the second meaning of the text. I never lost a sub but a lot of lawyers/judges have lost their asses. With a little luck there will be a lot more degradation in the legalcorpse when Trump gets thru.
