Have your blood checked - I would suspect they are already there possibly. I would go express your concerns to a physician who will listen and take it seriously, and then determine the best path of treatment. Do some research on effective treatments if clots are found.

Nope I see zero need to check my blood. The body is amazingly sensitive. They told me diabetes is a silent disease. In my case, I felt tingling in toes when blood sugar was higher than 130. I was diagnosed border line diabetic in mid-50’s. One of the reasons I quit my job and began regular exercise. Now age 100 looks possible without prescriptions and pains.
