Thirdly had I not been doxxed which is clearly against forum rules (you know the same rules the oracle posts proudly on the start of Q threads warning afsknst disruption etc. sort of a lesson you seemed to have missed). The asshat who threatened to dox me then bragged about it on a thread that was brought to my attention. He named the people be doxxed me to and they followed up with me. The asshat connected the dots right back to himself.
So I am not exactly running to a lawyer because you think you are big and bad and hurt my feelings. You are actually quite irrelevant to me and if need to believe that somehow I am harmed after reading your nonsense then please keep living in the world of delusion.
Because the tort of libel and then subsequent cyberstalking was committed against me, Howe suggested that there was vicarious liability on behalf of ownership for not enforcing the rules despite repeated warnings to doxx me. I told them unequivocally I do not hold the ownership responsible for the member. I would never overreach to that level although some other less civilized than myself might.
Next I merely pointed out that I have the option after consultation with legal representation. The bitch is that the statute of limitations is two years for this tort. So I can wait until summer if 2024 to decide if I want to proceed. Should I want to proceed it will cost a minimum of $100,000 for someone to defend as I plan to enjoy discovery to the fullest extent of the law. So there is always that.

You may have posted things that called for these activities that are actionable. The beauty is you must question now what you have said and it is just and true.
