We just watched a home makeover show and the crew was hired to renovate a modern stucco 9,000sf house owned by an NBA player. It had large round pillars at the entrance way.
Of course the player’s wife had to make it known that this feature triggered her because it made the house look like a plantation and she didn’t care what they did as long as they got rid of those pillars.
I hope the player’s wife never travels to Greece, home of the Doric, Ionic and Corinthian columns.
