Actually, Lauren, the question is: where is this money coming from? Does the Congress no longer have control over spending? This admin continues to spend spend spend! Could someone please challenge where the money is coming from?

It can't be from 'our taxpayer dollars' since they were spent $30 trillion ago! grrrrr

I think this money is coming from funds appropriated in one of Potato Head’s BS (not) bi-partisan bills..you know, the ones he keeps crowing about?
