I think you can make it yourself using organic grapefruit and lemon peels and pure spring water. I made some and froze it as cubes for a covid cure. It was easy to make and the recipe is on the internet.

Magnesium citrate works well for leg cramps too. I buy in bulk and use a heaping teaspoon, researched dosage first. Also helps with heart arrythmia if that’s an issue for anyone.

I do not know where to get it, but when we get cramps in the leg, we put ice packs on them and walk it out.
Also, Stopain is a spray that works great and have recently used Theraworks.
Also have tonic water ready in the fridge.
